Meet the Ministers of HVAC: Norman Van Johnson & Cedric Haney

With a combined experience of over 60 years in the HVAC and Skilled Trades industries, our mission at the HVAC Ministry:

Providing mentorship and guidance for students, apprentices, and working technicians
Building community and belonging among those in the skilled trades
Supporting pathways to licensure and credentialing in the State of Georgia
Encouraging upward mobility through contractor education, professional development, and industry knowledge
Affirming the dignity and value of technical labor as essential and not secondary.
The HVAC Ministry honors the idea that work itself can be a calling. That repairing, installing, diagnosing, and teaching are forms of service. Our goal is to guide others to not only master the craft, but to build a career, a livelihood, and a legacy.
